Review content:
I have had numerous machines over the years and they all broke down at one time or another. I always bring them to conrads and i get them back good as new. Well this last time I brought my machine in it wasn't worth fixing. I had trusted the people at conrads for years to service my machines but always picked up cheap ones from department stores. I was tired of going thru machines left and right so this time I looked at conrads. They have cheapies from 50 bucks as well as vacs all the way up to 1200 bucks. I was looking for something on the lower end of that scale and they had plenty to choose from. The guy there was very knowledgeable and asked me questions about my home, if i had kids or pets and even how i preferred to vacuum. After trying out several models I settle on a Simplicity and i must say that i LOVE IT!!! I thought conrads had great service and now I know they have great products too!!!
