Businiess name:  Pta Thrift Shops

Review content:
The PTA Thrift Shop in Carrboro is a bargain hunter’s paradise. It is a fairly large thrift shop that has all the normal thrift shop fare – clothes, furniture, books, knickknacks, household décor, appliances, etc. The best time to go is in May and June when all of the students have left…they tend to donate their old stuff so that everything fits in their car on the way home. Keep in mind that a lot of it is well-used too, though! You can still find bargains any time of year, and lots of people regularly haunt this thrift to find them. It’s a little bit out of the way unless you live in or near Chapel Hill, but if you’re in the area you’ll want to seek this one out. A good day trip is to visit Weaver Street Market which is nearby and hit this thrift, plus some of the small shops along the stretch in between.
