We took our motor home here to have new rear brakes installed since they failed as we were traveling through the city of Beckley. Their service department was very rude, but we were desperate and allowed them to do the work and replace the brakes. A few, short months later, the brake warning light came on so we took it to our "local, reliable, professional" engine shop. Low and behold, Lewis Terminal's workman had left the "old" brake pad on the wheel and it had worked it's way down in between the brake...basically causing us to replace the rear brakes once again. When I called Lewis Terminal to report this, I was told they would do nothing to stand behind their work. I feel as though we were taken advantage of since we were from out of town. Poor customer service and shoddy work...what a nice combination!
