Costco offer on register rebate on certain items but if you don't ask they don't give you credit. This is misleading to clients or other way cheating with their own customers.
I don't know how much money they collecting on daily basis by this misleading information.
BAD business practice. Be careful when they ring your item and ask for the offered discount or you will be get cheated
