Nu-Crete Designs LLC did exactly as they said they would do, initially they came our to give us a free quote and reassured us that when they set out to do the works it would be done in a timely manner, although skeptical I agreed a couple of quotes and weeks later, as well as taking up their offer, of speaking to previous customers at their home, which put me at ease.
