Review content:
The quality of work was poor on a 2200 sft project. They installed the wrong grass, spliced 3 pieces in a pefect rectangle 8' by 22', instead of just cutting a 8' by 22' piece. In addition, they put the grain of grass in two different directions in one area. Their employees offered to me to install grass on the "side" if I wanted ...anymore grass in the future. They only used 22 bags of infill on a 2200 sft project when they should of used 66 bags. After waiting 3 weeks for them to come out to replace the wrong grass, they installed the grass in a totally different manner than the first project. In all, I had 3 different crews on my project installing 3 different ways. It was a disaster, the salesman swore up and down their installers were the best in the business. Salesman says he will be there on the first day of the project, did not show up until the 2nd day so that he could collect a check. One installer told me he preferred that I go inside and not watch him install. English was not their first language, made it hard to communicate. Eventually the owner and I reached an agreement and decided to part ways. I wish I would of read the review posted here before I decided to go with them. I did visit previous jobs (references) and they seemed ok, but you really don't know unless you have the opportunity to take time and really look. In addition, they requested and accepted more than 10% down as a deposit which is a no-no.
