Review content:
A relatively small tavern in Palmer with great atmosphere and an attentive, friendly staff. They offer a good variety of beers both bottled and on tap. Make sure to ask for the martini menu. They offer over 30 varieties of martini and in our opinion, they make simply the best martinis in the Easton/Allentown area. While choices for main entree is somewhat limited, their salads and sandwiches are superb. When ordering a salad their house dressing is a must try. The daily specials are always worth consideration. We have lived in Easton for 6 years and have come to consider the 1818 one of our favorite places for lite dining and martinis. Whether you want to sit around the bar with a few friends drinks or sit down to a good meal this iplace is a can't miss.
