I received two $50 Spa Finder gift certificates and decided to schedule an appointment at Massage Envy (Fulton Ranch) for a hot stone massage. I am not a Massage Envy member. When I scheduled my appointment, I verified that 1) they accept Spa Finder gift certificates; and 2) that the hot stone massage was $78.00 (as posted on their website). The massage was fine; not the best I've had, but not the worst. The problem arose after my massage when I attempted to pay with my Spa Finder gift certificates. I was informed by the receptionist that she could not figure out how to apply my two $50 gift certificates to my $78.00 massage charge. I inquired if I could pay with both certificates and get a credit on account for future use. "No, that's not possible," she informed me. She told me that I would have to wait for the manager, who would be done getting her massage (yes, "getting" a massage, not "giving" a massage) in a few mintues. It took about 10 minutes for the manager to appear,
