I should have gone out and skimmed the reviews before going to Mina's and trusting my hair to their stylists.\r

I have a very simple style and went in for a trim. A mere trim! The stylist didn't even listen to me. They went ahead and did what they wanted to do, and quite unapologetically! I emerged with bangs (which I despise and will now take forever to grow out!). There are all these wispy layers of hair that fall into my face and are very irritating. When I told them I was unhappy and that this wasn't what I asked for, they offered to cut more! \r

I am astonished at the lack of professionalism. And lack of skill and total disregard for the customer. This was likely the worst haircut I have ever had.\r

Don't go there unless you have a recommendation for a specific stylist from a person you TRUST! \r
