Review content:
We have had Blue Cross health insurance for many years. Lately my husband changed the coverage plan and I wasn't really sure how it worked. I called for an explanation and was given more than that! A great service will also included. The women who explained everything to me also did a follow-up email with our coverage plans. She included examples to clarify some points. I don't think I've ever come across a person who give great deal and service. I really did appreciate it.
