I said I liked my experience then I read the other reviews posted. Ouch! Here's mine. I went in on a recommendation from a friend. I needed something new and updated. I was given to a girl I later found out was a level two. (what's that mean?) We had a long but good consultation time about my hair before we did anything, I liked that. I was in for cut and color. The cut was real good just what I was looking for less hair and more bounce. I have a lot of hair. The color was also good as I just want to be blonde. Lots of highlights. She did put something on after the highlights were done it did cost more she said it would look better and I think it did.
I found out what her level was. Megan (I think) has been there since beauty school and has gone though the training program. The levels are how they advance up. I guess I'll go back I made my next appointment before I left.
Pros: good communication with stylist
