or lottery tickets this is where you should go. There is something wonderful about an old fashion news stand. They carry a very large selection of magazines on every topic. They aren't Barnes and Nobel but they are better located almost directly across from the Arch.
You'll also find a very small selection of books and they sell tobacco products. Daily newspapers include the Wall Street Journal, Atlanta Journal and the Athens paper.
