I was the one who wrote a review that included some feedback on the spa's owner up above. I just would like to retract that! Betty, the owner, is completely customer-service oriented and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is a leading expert in the country on G5 Lypossage and has had great results in the past years with her Synergie treatments. I later discovered I wasn't even initially talking to the owner (as I thought) when I first purchased my package, so what I said above in no way applies to her. Thanks, Betty, for all your help in recent weeks! I highly recommend this spa. The staff is all very courteous!
Pros: Great friendly staff, nice salon, customer-focused owner is refreshing!
Cons: just a few regarding the treatments but owner is working through these with me - none to really note anymore
