I recently purchased a day of relaxation for my mother and her best friend. When I embarked on this mission to provide my mother with a day of pure bliss I didn't realize there were so many options in the Nashville are. It seemed that each place I either talked to or website I perused, I became increasingly confused or frustrated with. That's until I spoke with a staff member of La Bella! Immediately I was greeted with pleasantries and confidence I had contacted the best spa in the area. The young lady explained to me all the services that were available, along with pricing. I told her that I was a very busy but would take notes and call her back with a decision. Well shortly thereafter, I received a call from the same young lady. To my surprise, she had taken the time to put together a couple of packaged options that she thought would satisfy my request for a day at the spa! I couldn't believe that someone had actually taken the time to research options for me and be proactive. What a relief. I immediately gave her my credit card information and booked the appointments. Now, I just hoped that the services would be as wonderful as the customer service, so far. The day had come for my mother and her best friend to venture into the land of pure bliss! I had been at work for several hours, and although I was consumed with many deadlines for the day, I couldn't help but wonder from time to time how thing were going at La Bella. Afterall, I had invested a nice amount to ensure they would be taken care of. Well, sometime in the afternoon, I received a phone call from my mother. Before I could ask how things had gone, she cut right in and began to furiously thank me for an amazing experience. She went on to explain how from the time she walked in to the time she left, the personal attention and pampering never stopped! The staff were so very attentive and made sure they were happy and without needing anything. She went into detail about the facials and massages, etc.... All I would really like to say to the owner and staff of this wonderful spa is: THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Abby
