I am an extremely anxious patient. The last time I was at the dentist was three years ago and, before that, over five. I just moved to the area and starting having tooth pain. I knew I had to take action. I found Dr. Loza through a recommendation from a colleague. I was impressed by his website before I even met him. When I met Dr. Loza, he was all smiles. He made me feel comfortable right from the start. He did a thorough examination of my mouth and told me it was not too late for me to have great teeth! He laid out a clear plan for me and was open and honest with what needed to be done. My next appointment with Dr. Loza was when the real work started. As per our agreement, he used nitrous when I was feeling anxious. He was kind and caring and never once made me feel bad because of my extreme nervousness. I have to go back for more work and, while I'm still nervous, I know that Dr. Loza and his team will take great care of me. He is the BEST dentist that I have ever been to.
