If we could, we would rate this as zero stars.
We can not express how disappointed we were in Forever Fencing's poor customer service. We rearranged our schedule twice to be available for Raymond to come and give us bids. He never showed. When we contacted him and shared our frustration, instead of being apologetic, he made the comment, "If you are not interested in getting a bid from me, I don't want to waste my time." Obviously, we WERE interested in getting a bid OR WE WOULD NOT HAVE SCHEDULED TWO APPOINTMENTS!!! If Raymond did not want to do business in the Liberty area, he should have said so from the beginning. Why have a booth at the Kansas City Home and Garden Show if you are not interested in working in the Greater Kansas City area? Forever Fencing must not need our business. We will take it elsewhere.
