Even though my caterer did not recommend Peters Flowers in Ramsey NJ, I decided to use them because they were local.
The arrangements that I ordered were to be blue and white with 2 sunflowers. We also agreed that the arrangements would be "heavy on the blue". She showed me the flowers that were to be in the arrangement, and it all looked fine.
When the arrangements arrived for my party, I was disappointed to see only 2 blue flowers. The dominant colors were purple and white. No blue. Never once did she mention to me during my order that these "purple flowers" would be used. I never saw these flowers beforehand.
I called the florist up discuss the arrangements. I only wanted to find out why these flowers were used...I never even asked for a refund. The florist was unbelievably rude. She would not admit her mistake. She raised her voice several times and hung up on me. I was just trying to find out why this happened, but she was defensive and rude.
Now I know why people never recommend Peters Flowers. Take my advice, if you care about the flowers for your party...DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
