Review content:
I have been to this O'Charley's location on Riverside Drive twice; once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times my party was seated with little or no wait, and service was outstanding. The Riverside location seems to not be as busy as the Wilma Rudolph location; that location seems to always have a wait during peak hours.
The food is prepared well and we were not kept waiting long. One downside to my visit is that my children were provided the kids' placemats to color...and no crayons. Thankfully I had some along in my purse after a similar experience elsewhere.
Also, O'Charley's has a Kids Eat Free program, but it is limited to Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Be sure to call ahead to double-check that this program will be in effect at the time you plan to eat there if you are counting on using it. After my first visit there (on a Wednesday) I returned (on a Monday) assuming my children's meals would be free again...and they weren't. My fault for not checking, although I do wish the program would be in effect every day.
