Kim is a highly-skilled beautician who practices her craft with pleasant professionalism and a very pleasing demeanor. On my last visit, I had recently had knee surgery, which made using the foot bath by the involved foot nearly impossible. No Problem! Kim quickly adapted a portable bath and cooly moved on to providing her typically excellent pedicure. Taken together with her dependably outstanding hair care, Kim is one in a million! In other words, she spoils me, and I love it! Nicole's new spa in downtown is stylish, relaxing and easily accessed; and her choice of stylists is unerring.
