I've been going to the office for a few years now and I usually have a pretty good experience, but this was not one of those times. When I arrived, I was greeted by only one person (the actual doctor) that was assisting another patient and the other two employees barely acknowledged I arrived until the doctor asked one of them to check me in. After that I sat and waited to be seen, I waited for 35 mins. The doctor had one of the assistants set me up for my eye test and pics and then I waited another 5 mins. Once I saw the doctor, it was quick easy and painless, but since my beginning was so rough it was a little too late. I could have been in and out by 5:30, but because they were running so late I didn't get out until around 6 and was almost late for another appt.
