Review content:
I was offered free xrays (bite wings) through my sons girlfriend as a way to save out of pocket money as well as insurance money. She took these xrays and emailed them to your office. As soon as I got there, I was told I had to have the full xrays (around my head) and I asked why and I was told because I I hadn't had them in about 3 years & "insurance" would cover it. I could also have had these done for nothing by the same girl. I felt pressured to do so, but also felt that it was a way for your office to make more money off of me. My $104 charge could have been used later on for another procedure I might need and I don't feel it was necessary. I have no outstanding problems with bone erosion and was not looking for an implant. I depend on other professionals to only give me what is absolutely necessary, and consdidering dental insurance covers less than half of everything and you are out-of-network, I would appreciate more candid and realistic treatment. Overall, your office has a very friendly staff & nice amenities, but sometimes I feel taken advantage of. (Like the Care Credit disaster from 2 years ago.) Respectfully, Ellen White
