Review content:
Had a sun room added, they talked the talked but don't walk the walk. They used very cheap material, thrown together, now having many problems, windows leak and cold air blows in badly, I was told they used the best meterial, would hate to see their cheap material.
Very bad smells coming from room, Called many times to see if they would help me with problems, of course they said sure BUT never did, call again get the same. Not worth the hassle, called outside company who told me they have to repair MANY of these jobs done by this company (suncraft). There is just too much here for me to list. Paid WAY too much for said room, like 3 times too much. I strongly urge you to get as much information about the job you want to do and get many quotes! and remember the cheapest one is the cheapest one and that is what you will end up with. pay more to a good company and have a good product that stand behind it, GET IT IN WRITING! or use a company like this one.
