My father is a vet and on oxygen, 24/7. The Vets Hospital uses B & B Medical Services in Springdale, AR since my parents live in Springfield, MO. My parents have been asking for masks, smooth bore tubing, a portable carrying case for small tanks, and a hi compression water bottle. The delivery person says that they aren't available or are on back order. My father had to wait over a year to get an oxygen machine that would produce the correct amount of oxygen for him. The Vets Hospital has a contract with this company and are being ripped off. My parents are elderly and are trying to get the equipment my father needs but keeps running into road blocks when they call the company. Do not use this company if a loved one needs oxygen and respiratory equipment and supplies - they don't seem to have any thing! I live in North Carolina and it is very frustrating to hear all of the problems my parents are having with this company!
