I walked in and was greeted just fine. I was hoping for the best because I live so close. Since I have heard mixed reviews I was a bit hesitant. Beth was my stylist and gave me THE worst hair cut I have ever had in my LIFE! I was extremely upset and about ready to cry! I am growing my hair out for my wedding and I asked for a long layers and just a simple trim. Guess what I got. She cut off my thickness so I walked out with less hair-and gave me BANGS! Never will I ever go to your salon again! Please work on your hospitality, hiring quality staff. I will certainly spread the word about how horrible your salon is! No thank you-thank you for ruining my hair. Thankfully it will grow out for my wedding. I am extremely upset with your staff-and Beth should be fired. She was extremely rude after my hair cut.
