I'm new to the area and arrived to Salon and Spa Venessa at the recommendation of a friend. Kate cut my hair and she was wonderful. I will definitely make another appointment to see her again. She cut my hair efficiently and did a great job. I only waited about 3 minutes after arriving before she took me back. Prior to washing my hair she did a peppermint scalp massage that was to die for. During the cut she was pleasant and easy to talk to. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because after she washed my hair she didn't put a towel around my neck before applying the cape and so my wet hair soaked the cape and with it my skin/camisole underneath, no big deal but next time I will ask for a towel. All-in-all it was a terrific experience and I would be happy to recommend the salon and, in particular Kate, to anyone who asks.
