Drs. Michael & Karen Brennan just about saved my life when I first discovered the incredible benefits of chiropractic medicine & care in or around 1998, when a disc in my C-4/C-5 vertebrae of my neck ruptured & my left arm went paralyzed. I was in excruciating pain no matter my position, & the orthopedic drs. wanted to simply perform surgery & fuse my neck. I was only 38.
Something told me to think it over, & seek other less invasive alternatives. Long story short, I found the Doctors Mike & Karen Brennan, a very uplifting married couple as well as amazing chiropractors, at Strawbridge Family Chiropractic Center & began intensive treatment with them.
Within the year, my neck had improved & healed, my strength in my left arm had rushed back & more, I was in the gym power-lifting for the 1st time in my life, & lost over 80 lbs. Im a small woman, but I was benching my own weight. I never even caught a COLD the entire time I went to them for regular adjustments, so capable had my body become at preventing illnesses & healing itself.
Drs. Mike & Karen were educated in their natural & powerfully effective specialty at the original college of chiropractic medicine, the Palmer College of Chiropractic Medicine. Theyre a MOST awesome (one of their favorite words - LOL!) VERY positive, inspiring, health-conscious & active young couple. Theyre always happy & eager to help you understand how astoundingly natural & simple chiropractic medicine is & how suprisingly logically it works.
Ive gone to a LOT of other chiropractors in the last 14 years as Ive traveled & moved from state to state, but once I returned home to Tidewater, its been Strawbridge Family Chiropractic all the way. Ive never been as ecstatically pleased with any other chiropractor's results as I have been with the Drs. Brennan.
No other has EVER come close to them in all those years. I am a patient of theirs for life.
