Thank you for asking! I really enjoyed my massage with Helene and it was the best I have ever had! I had scheduled with Gretchen and she called out sick, so I got Helene. I would go back to her. I also had eyebrows done by Christina and she was wonderful and nice. Peace was difficult to achieve, outside our massage room, employees were talking and laughing in the hall, I wish they had gone to a staff lounge. The front desk was busy when I arrived, so the check in person could not show me into the spa, there were other employees around, but no one offered to help, I did not see teamwork or customer friendly people in general.
