facts surrounding my nightmare dealing with this company:
1. lloyd Bowden and Myron Usher started the project in May 2011.
2. paid them the full amount for the project.
3. fired them in late September when the project was in delay for weeks.
4. called the police when found them stealing the building materials from the basement.
5. discovered mechanic lien in January 2012
6. went through legal process to discharge the lien
7. filling business fraud charges with local and state agencies
