I love my hairdressers, Ruth, who does great color, and Alex who does the best curls ever -- but the front office staff is hit or miss, and more often for me-- miss. I had one experience where she literally argued with me in front of clients as to whether I was eligible for a discount for a last minute service. Eligible or not, it's just the wrong way to be, and I felt really irritated -- which I have never experienced at a SPA before (and I go frequently). Some of the services are great, but I am looking to try out the other salons to see if they have better front staff because I want to feel happier when I walk in.
