I have purchased two cell phones from this particular Verizon Wireless location and both times was very satisfied with the service. After my two-year agreement I got my second phone for free because of the credit I received after my two-year term was up. I have experienced one particular employee who did not want to give me any deal, but I went back the next day and was helped by a VERY helpful employee. He was extremely knowledgeable of the technology, extremely personal, and all together quick! I updated my plan and changed phones in under 40 minutes. He knew which phones got good service and which were all around better in quality. Verizon also has a 1 yr warranty in which you can take your phone in for any problem and they are most likely to replace it with a brand new phone. I highly recommend the Timonium location for Verizon Wireless phones.
