I have tried many spas in Cleveland and some in other cities. By far The Oaks Botanical Spa team delivers the best and most great facial I have experienced. The staff is very friendly, helpful and well trained. They can answer any question about the products or treatments. I have tried most of their services over the years and have enjoyed excellent treatments. Overall, I find it a relaxing and comfortable place with outstanding service, which makes it one of the best spas in Cleveland.
