I'm a quality conscious spa goer. I don't have really deep pockets so I want to be guaranteed a great experience. The Oaks Botanical Spa delivers it! I've been here several times for facials and massage and it is one of my favorite spas in Cleveland. I've always had great treatments here and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is really calming and more then anything else they don’t push you out the door once you are done. They even let you relax at their fireplace room.
