I bought my used Mazda there and the salesman was very nice and helpful. I do not rush into decisions though and told him I would come back after I thought about it a while. The sales manager comes over and tells me I better appreciate the work my salesman has put into my sale and that I better be sure to thank him for the trouble. HELLO! You are not my mother! I was so dumbfounded that I walked away. Later that day the salesman called to apologize for his rude manager. I bought the car because I really wanted it, but when it comes time for me to buy a new car, I will not be returning to Premier Mazda.
Pros: Salesman was nice, apologetic
Cons: sales manager has no customer service skills.
