I RECENTLY TOOK MY CARE TO STS TO GET FIXED. THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO BE ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY KEPT TELLING ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WTIH MY CAR. THEY DID SOME ROUTINE MAINTAINANCE ON MY CAR, WHICH WAS NEEDED, BUT IT DIDN'T SOLVE MY ORIGINAL PROBLEM WHICH WAS THAT MY BRAKES WERE MAKING HORRIBLE NOISES. I HAVE THE CAR BACK NOW..AND ALTHOUGH IT'S RIDING SMOOTHER..MY BREAKS STILL SOUND LIKE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEM. THEY FINALLY ADMITTED TO ME THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR..AND IF I WANTED TO FIND OUT..IT WOULD TAKE A LONG TIME AND COST A LOT OF MONEY. OVERALL..THEY DON'T RIP YOU OFF AT THIS PLACE..THEY ARE VERY FAIRLY PRICED, AND THE PEOPLE WORKING HERE ARE FRIENDLY. IT'S JUST..I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR!!! IF YOU WANT TO GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. BY ALL MEANS GO FOR IT...JUST FIND OUT WHAT THEY PLAN TO DO WITH YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU LEAVE IT THERE. IT'S ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE A LOT OF INFORMATION!
