My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership almost 5 years ago. During these past 5 years the dealership has changed owners more times than I can remember. When placing a call and asking about a service recently, I was quoted one price over the phone and told a completely different price when in the shop. We have had recent problems ordering interior parts as well. The customer service representatives took our order, and looked at the vehicle to see what part we desired. When I returned to pick up the part it was the wrong one. Not only was it the wrong part, but the dealership was going to charge us for their error! A few times our vehicle has been in their service department for routine repairs and every time the car has been in the shop longer than promised. One time it was a week later that our car was returned!
