My massage therapist was very nice and very good. However, I came for an 80 minute hot stone and did not receive it. I was waiting in the lobby. The therapist came to get me 7 minutes into my time. I don't mind if he's late, but it shouldn't come out of my time. My appointment was at 3:30. I felt like it was short so when he ran my steam shower I looked at my clock. It was only 4:40. That would be 60 min.... Not 80. I know te starts when they see u, but when u take out the 5 minutes or so to change, and he took 5 full minutes to come back in when i was getting under the sheet i really only got 50 min of 80 for the massage i came for. They did not charge me for 80, but it was booked right, he just cut it off or wasn't paying attention to time. When I come for a specific service I should get that service and I did not.
