My husband and I were locating to the Wilson area and began looking for vacant apartments. The search had grown a little old when we stumbled upon JW HUNTER! We were leaving yet another rental agency and spotted the building while traveling along Nash St. The building looked great from the outside...but the outside wasn't the real issue with me at this point! I was worried about the inside! More importantly ...the staff! Well, we were pleasantly surprised as we entered the doors. We were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The receptionist immediately handed us a listing of vacant properties and were encouraged to begin looking at the sites. With keys in hand, we set off to look at our selected properties.We were pleasantly surprised at the price and appeal of their properties! The units were more then acceptable. We decided to put in an application for a place that same day! The application process only took a few minutes. It was around 5:00 when we finished the paperwork. The very next morning, we had our answer! We had been approved for the property! We also qualified for a "Move in Special", That meant our first month rent was free! I would highly encourage anyone who is looking to rent a property in Wilson to check out this agency!
