I had brought my sister from out-of-town for a pre-Holiday gift, an m y actual service (massage with Marisa) was a 5+ star rating....the problem was that after the service, when I returned to the Tranquility Room ready to relax with my heated neckwrap, every seat was taken. One entire large couch was occupied by one single man who was obviously there with another man and a woman that were seated opposite him. They proceeded to have a loud and lenthy conversation with each other across the floor. Two women were had to share sitting on the ottoman for that couch, as he made NO effort to give up any space for them to sit. Looks like you need t "police" this aea somehow. It was NOT a pleasant experience!
