Review content:
I recieved a gift certificate for a day at this spa for Christmas and several months later (under a year), decided to use it. When I called the managers gave me a hard time as the package had changed so even though someone had purchased a package with a certain amount of services, they would only honor the services the package now offered. After several phone calls to clarify, a manager told me they would honor the original package. Fast forward to the day of my service, the service was horrible, the treatments were nothing to write home about and the ambiance was cold and uncomfortable. The whole time I was there I was wondering how people could rave about the spa. Then as I checked out, Christian Borque herself tells me that I owe an extra 100 dollars! After all that....she told me I shouldn't have been told they would honor the old package and to basically pay up. I paid and have since told EVERYONE I know never to step foot in the spa and have turned people who were about to go there, away from the spa. For the amount of money the package cost and the quality of service, I've had better elsewhere without the attitude.
Pros: Nothing but a name - it doesn't live up to the hype
Cons: Everything - service, attitude, ambiance, service, staff are very rude and stuck up
