What a terrible experience both me and my mom had! First off, when I scheduled, I scheduled a haircut for both of us, but we were told we did not schedule one and that we could not get a hairvut! I was chased out of my chair, when a cut wouldve took, what 5 minutes?! Was told another client was waiting, well I also had a appt and had to wait almost 45 minutes, so why couldnt that client wait?! I was never given a slip or a survey to cash out with, so it was pretty much a guessing game! My moms stylist was very ignorant, drenched my moms whole back, including her shirt and all, never offered my mom any other services. My mom said that she doesnt think she wanted to be there! My stylist was ok, but I still cant get over the fact of why I couldnt get a cut! She blamed the front desk girls and said they always dont out everything down of what is needed! It was even a instructor that chased me from the chair! I dont know that we will be back after yesterdays experience!
