Wow, these guys act like their is no competition! They have an offer that they will match any competitors coupons. Their competitor across the street lets you show your coupon on your smartphone to get the discount, but just try to use your phone at US Airport Parking! They will tell you that coupons have to be approved by a manager (so you get to wait while they find a manager), then the manager will tell you that it's no good to have a phone, you need to PRINT IT OUT or no discount!! Dinosaurs hardly begins to describe how out of touch these guys are. If you suggest that this is not a very customer-friendly policy, get ready to be talked down to - the managers at this place don't understand who pays their bills! Suggest that you definitely park across the street on Tower Road, they really understand the value of their customers and US Airport paking has no clue.
