I have taken my kitten there since I got her in August, 2010. The staff has been great, and have shown a genuine interest in the health and well-being of my baby girl. After every appointment, I got a call from the staff checking in on how my cat was doing. When I scheduled her to get spayed, they called me the day before I was to drop her off and offered to take her a day early because of the bad weather we were to get the next day. It saved me a trip in the ice and snow! They even let me call in and check in on her to make sure she was okay and put my mind at ease, they never made it seem like an inconvenience like most places can do! I LOVE Banfield at White Oak, and I recommend it to all my friends with pets, especially when it comes to the Wellness Plans. :)
