Exquisite, Elegant, Perfect, & Romantic is how I would describe El Gaucho Restaurant. We ordered the chateaubriand med-rare and that is exactly what we got...a perfect med-rare. The asparagus were perfectly crisp. The ceasar salad was perfect as it was made right at the table. The waiter explained everything he was about to do so you had the opportunity to say what you didn't want such as no chedder on the potatoes. They suggested a perfect bottle of wine to go w/the meal...Syrah wine which was excellent. Eat dessert first...flambe bananas or strawberriew.
Pros: Very Romantic, Very Low Lighting, Great Service
Cons: Don't eat the figs!, Very Expensive
