Review content:
The evening at El Gaucho had all the markings of a fine dining experience -- good wine, delicious food, and romantic ambience. The evening was spoiled by an incredibly snooty, non-service oriented female waitperson who was unprofessionally obvious in making her dissatisfacton known to us and fellow staff members. Fortunately, the captain took over and provided the service worthy of the prices and food quality. In general, the senior wait staff is professional; the younger staff appear spoiled childish with a lot to learn.
Pros: Delicious steaks, Wonderful Crab Louie, Superb Wine List
