This CPA firm has gotten my entire family back on track financially. When I called I was really stressed out by multiple issues including back taxes, a withdrawal from a 401K to save my home from foreclosure, and a 19 year old son who eats enough to feed 5 fully grown men, who had to move back in with me. I also had to help move my mother out of her home and into a condo in Florida, so I was travelling back and forth quite a bit, and just never seemed to be getting ahead financially. First they helped me prepare and file 3 years of taxes for myself and my husband as well as 2 years for my son. They were able to reduce the amount I owed from $5000 (Turbotax) to less than $3000 for each year which was great! Next they assisted me in setting up an installment agreement which was at no additional charge since I had my taxes prepared by them. Later, I was able to get some financial planning advice and rollover my retirement into safer and more cost-effective investments. Now I have a plan for retirement that makes sense and accommodates my REAL living expenses. I just felt better knowing the IRS wasn't going to show up at my door, or take my bank account. A huge weight off my shoulders.
