Review content:
The guys at One Stop Auto get my kudos. I've always been pleased with their work and appreciative of their patience with my questions. One time I "comparison shopped" them for a very expensive part with another shop I trust, and they came in $100 cheaper. I appreciate the way they give you a written quote when you drop your car off and then call you as soon as they have more information about the problem. They go above and beyond to make it easy to be a customer. For example, I work downtown and couldn't get back to their shop by 5. They accommodated me by locking the spare key in the car at my request and parking it at meter they'd loaded to tide me over until I could pick it up.
