We found this company from local business newspaper. One of the reasons we did the deal with the business is its good services. It accepts low mortage amount deal and provides great rate. We was refused by many companies in high rate during search because of our low mortage amount. This company have various agents who can speak America, Mardian or local languages of China. You can choose the agent who speak your own language.
