Box colored my hair, turned into a disaster so I walked into shanti where I was greeted by a young woman asking ifi needed help. I was embarrassed to explain my situation but I asked about scheduling a color with someone. Turns out she's a stylist there and we chatted about my hair. Not only was she happy to talk, she actually took me to her chair and educated me on box color vs. professional color, and we came up with a plan to fix my hair. I came in the following weekend and was provided with a fun, humorous, relaxing experience with my new stylist. Oh did I mention how much I LOVE my hair and my new home care package! I will most definitely be recommending Sarah to all my friends!
