Friday night 8-26-11 I rented a 10 passesnger lincoln town car from this company. when the driver arrived the a/c in the car was not working ( it was 107 in so. cal thath day) i informed the driver I did not want to use there services if the a/c would not be working. He assured me once the car was in motion that the a/c would start working.. So we proceeded to get into the car.. once inside we noticed EVERY single cup was dirty, some cups still had drink residue in the bottom of them. The A/C never started working, and we were dripping sweat when we arrived at our destination. i informed the driver that i would like another vehicle to take us home and he said he would trt and get it taken care of. When dinner was over we came back outside to go home and what do you know same car no A/C.. When we arrived home the driver said I should call in and demand my money back, and that he ( the driver) would not have paid for the limo if this had happened to him.. I called the company today 8-29-11 and they refused to issue any type of partial or full credit. i would highly advise you to not use this limo company because if you do end up haveing a problem, they will not do ANYTHING to resolve it.
