Review content:
The Ulimate Salon II is awesome. Friendly atmosphere. It is so beautiful and friendly in there. The salon is kept very clean and professional. The staff are amazing. There are two people that I would love to see every time I come in for a hair make over but I don't always get them since they are so full. So when I am scheduled with another person, that person does an outstanding job as my normal salonist would do. I came in without an appointment and got in right away. Salonist gave me a head, neck, and shoulder massage for a couple of minutes. Then a nice warm shampoo head message. As she was cutting my hair, she was able to entertain me by taking an interest of my life. She blow dried my hair and styled it. After she was done, I was totally satisfied with my hair cut. Unfortunately, I was not able to tip the lady because I didn't have cash. She was totally fine with it and didn't make me feel bad at all. I will never forget this experience and I want to give her a little gift for providing me excellent customer service and client care. Thank you Blond Christa.
